Ficom Leisure wins the 2015 EGR B2B Awards in the Corporate Service Category

London, UK, June 17, 2015 – Ficom Leisure won the 2015 e-Gaming Review B2B Award in the Corporate Service category, the award was presented at an evening gala held at the Tower of London last night.

The EGR B2B Awards now in their sixth year, continue to reward and celebrate the very best service providers in the international online and mobile gaming industry, recognizing the achievements of suppliers from across all of the major e-gaming disciplines including betting and gaming software, networks, mobile, payments, recruitment, IT, infrastructure and corporate services.

Ficom Leisure was judged to have demonstrated excellent performance in the key criteria areas of strategic, corporate and M&A advisory, advising their clients in several segments of the gaming industry in different jurisdictions. In the M&A advisory they succeeded at identifying opportunities both for buyers and sellers, initiating the transactions, structuring the deals and advising shareholders through negotiations, documentation and final closings.
