Ficom Leisure advises Colombian B2C online betting and gaming company Colbet on sale of 70% shareholding to Betsson AB

Nicosia, Cyprus, Jul. 21, 2020 – Ficom Leisure acted as the exclusive strategic advisor to Colbet S.a.S. in the sale of 70% shareholding to Betsson AB which complies with the local Sport betting laws.

Colbet is an online and mobile licensed betting and gaming operator in Colombia. Colbet was one of the first to acquire an online license in 2017 in the online regulated Colombian market. Ficom Leisure advises mobile B2B platform Game360 on sale to NYX Gaming Group
