London, UK, Jun. 23, 2020 – Ficom Leisure acted as the exclusive strategic advisor to BIG Best in Game srl in the sale of 100% shareholding to Snaitech SpA for an undisclosed amount.
BIG Best in Game is an online and mobile gaming operator that has reached a position of excellence in the Italian licensed market. With a Gross Gaming Revenues of 4.5 million euros, BIG boasts remarkable economic results thanks to a niche approach and tailor-made customer base management as underlined by Fabio Schiavolin, Snaitech CEO.
Ficom Leisure assisted in initiating the transaction, structuring the deal and advised BIG Best in Game shareholders through negotiations, documentation and final closing.
