Nicosia, Cyprus, January 15, 2025 – Ficom Leisure acted as the exclusive strategic advisor to Mocinoplay A/S, the owner of the Danish licensed casino operator VinderCasino (www.vindercasino.dk), in its 100% sale to global digital gaming leader Stake.com. The transaction is subject to approval by the Danish regulator – Spillemyndigheden.
VinderCasino’s strong market position and experienced team align with Stake.com’s vision to deliver premium online gaming experiences. The acquisition of VinderCasino marks Stake.com’s first major investment in Denmark and highlights its strategic focus on growth within Europe’s regulated betting and gaming markets.
Ficom Leisure provided comprehensive sell-side advisory services throughout the deal, leveraging its expertise in the global gaming and betting industry to facilitate a successful transaction. This included identifying strategic synergies, structuring the transaction, and supporting Mocinoplay shareholders and management through negotiations and final closing.
