Ficom Leisure Advises on the Sale of Leading Esports Betting Company LOOT.BET to React Gaming Group
London, UK, June 29, 2022 – Ficom Leisure is pleased to announce that has acted as the exclusive strategic advisor to Livestream Gaming Ltd, the owner of LOOT.BET (www.loot.bet), a licensed server-based real-money gaming platform and a top brand in the world of esports betting, in the agreement for the sale of 100% to React Gaming Group Inc. (formerly Intema Solutions Inc),listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSXV: RGG), for a consideration of CAD $14,750,000 (see here the press release: Intema closes Livestream Gaming acquisition in escrow).
Ficom Leisure assisted the Livestream Gaming shareholders in structuring the deal and advised through negotiations and signing of the agreements.
